Because several of the programs utilize equipment that generates high levels of noise and vibration, project acoustical design began with the evaluation of these sources to establish noise and vibration control criteria.  Our services included the identification, evaluation and recommendation of special measures including isolated concrete topping slabs and high performance wall assemblies.  In addition to control of sound and vibration transmission to classroom, conference, office and other occupied spaces, mechanical system noise control was addressed.
