Panduit Corporate Headquarters

The Panduit Corporate Headquarters corporate campus site master plan accommodates a projected 2029 total capacity of 500,000 SF. The initial phase consisted of new Class A office space for projected 2019 capacity of 250,000 SF including 90% open plan office and 10% closed offices. Support spaces include a conference center, cafeteria, fitness center, data center and other facilities.
Shiner Acoustics, LLC scope of work addressed building acoustics, room acoustics, mechanical system noise and vibration control and environmental noise control. Because the site is adjacent to a major expressway the acoustical performance of the building envelope and a sound barrier were evaluated. Project acoustical design also addressed the underfloor air distribution and electronic sound masking systems.
