The Power Solutions Building is part of project that included the renovation of two buildings and the addition of two new buildings on the Johnson Controls campus. The 90,000 SF, two story structure incorporates open plan offices, enclosed offices, meeting and support space.

Shiner Acoustics, LLC services began in Design Development with the establishment of project acoustic design criteria and continued through Construction Administration and Project Close-Out. Our scope included the design and detailing of interior partitions, floor/ceiling systems and finishes, HVAC system noise and vibration control and the design, specification and commissioning of an electronic sound masking system.
