The 350,000 sf, 340 key hotel occupies a 24 story tower in downtown Grand Rapids. The hotel features a 13,000 sf ballroom and is equipped with meetings rooms, a business suite, lobby restaurant, lounge, fitness center and pool.

Acoustical design services include schematic design through construction administration and addressed guest room, ballroom, spa and meeting room sound isolation, control of mechanical, electrical and plumbing system noise and vibration, mechanical system exterior noise control and sound isolation and room acoustics of the lobby atrium, meeting rooms, and ballroom.
