777 North Van Buren is a mixed use high rise building consisting of 322 high-end residential rental apartments, a 1,101 car commercial parking garage for Northwestern Mutual employees, a 325 car underground residential parking garage and 13,590 square feet of retail space. The residential tower offers the highest level amenities and finishes in the market with 14 penthouse units, a rooftop pool, an indoor golf simulator, social lounge and a large fitness center.
Shiner Acoustics provided input from Schematic Design through Construction Administration, including recommendations for the sound isolation of residential demising units, the fitness center, lobby and pool. Recommendations were provided for control of mechanical, electrical and plumbing noise and vibration especially with respect to the penthouse units.
