The former rubber belt factory at 113-125 N. Green St. we will be developed into the fourth Soho House hotel in the country.  The boutique hotel will feature 35 rooms, a spa, three restaurants and a rooftop pool.

 

The building will include a 12,000 sf gym, a 40-seat screening room and a 60 ft outdoor pool on the rooftop, which also will include a glass-enclosed bar and kitchen.
