Indiana Convention Center, Phase V

The 420,000 sf multi-story addition consists of 250,000 SF of exhibition space, 63,000 SF of meeting room space and approximately 320,000 SF of prefunction, support and administrative spaces were needed to strengthen the center’s competitiveness in relation to other convention sites, enhance the image of the facility and market appeal and improve upon the facility’s current functional relationships.

Shiner Acoustics provided input from Schematic Design through Construction Administration, including recommendations for the sound isolation of meeting room and office partitions, room acoustics for exhibition spaces and the main lobby and review, analysis and recommendations for control of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing noise and vibration.
