The project includes a six star hotel and private residences occupying a 60 story, 638,000 sf tower.  Acoustical design services included schematic design through construction administration and addressed guest room, spa and meeting room sound isolation, floor/ceiling impact noise control for the private residences, control of mechanical, electrical and plumbing system noise and vibration, mechanical system exterior noise control and sound isolation and room acoustics of the lobby, meeting rooms, restaurant and main ballroom.
