This boutique condominium building features one-half and full-floor residences. The 26 story tower consists of only 35 residences and features dual elevators with exclusive access to each owner’s floor. Interior amenities include a full fitness center, conference area and screening room.
Shiner Acoustics provided input from Schematic Design through Construction Administration, including recommendations for the sound isolation of residential units, fitness center, lobby and screening room. Recommendations for control of mechanical, electrical and plumbing noise and vibration were also made. The project is situated adjacent to the Red Line subway which required environmental noise measurements and modeling of the building glazing.
